Welcome to TastyTracks (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TastyTracks mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TastyTracks. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
All content available in the App, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of TastyTracks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content (e.g., reviews, photos) you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App and for promotional purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing on others’ rights.
With your permission, TastyTracks may access your device’s location data to recommend nearby food spots or enhance app functionality. You may revoke this permission at any time via your device settings.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Post false or misleading content
Attempt to hack or disrupt the App
Impersonate another person or entity
Use automated systems to access the App
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms.
You may also stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App.
We are not responsible for third-party content, user-submitted reviews, or the practices of any restaurants or vendors featured on the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TastyTracks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
